As a former chef of 17 years working in restaurants, yachts, and as a private traveling chef, I developed a deep passion for using microgreens to elevate my dishes. I saw firsthand how these tiny greens could completely transform a plate — adding layers of flavor, texture, and visual appeal that went far beyond a simple garnish.
Even while cooking aboard super yachts in remote parts of the world, I grew my own microgreens, experimenting with unique varieties to enhance my menus at sea.
Now, my mission is to share that same experience with other chefs.
Together, we aim to provide fresh, locally grown microgreens that inspire creativity in the kitchen and arrive at restaurants within 24 hours of harvest. Each variety is cultivated with care to bring depth, elegance, and vibrant flavor to every dish.
